1. Service Booking
Customers must provide accurate details (address, contact number, service type).
The company will not be responsible for incorrect information.
2. Pricing
Final pricing may vary after inspection.
Additional work will be charged separately.
3. Technician Visit
Technicians will try to reach on time, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Customer Responsibility
The customer or an authorized person must be present during service.
A safe working environment must be provided.
5. Damage Policy
Any damage occurring during service must be handled directly between customer and provider.
The company is not liable and will not provide any compensation.
6. Warranty (If Applicable)
Warranty is applicable only on selected services and will be defined separately.
7. Monthly Maintenance Services
Monthly visits will be scheduled accordingly.
Missed visits can be rescheduled, but no refund will be provided.
8. Cancellation by Company
The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services in unavoidable situations.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the laws of India and applicable courts within India.
