Cancellation Policy – TN Home Solutions
Customers may cancel a booking at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled service time to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made after technician arrival will incur a visit charge.
No refund will be provided once the service has been initiated or completed.
If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled time, the booking will be treated as cancelled and visit charges may apply.
The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
In case of cancellation by the company, a full refund will be issued.
