📄 TN HOME SOLUTIONS – PROVIDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
🔹 1. Working Hours
All providers must strictly follow company working hours: 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Late arrival or service delay may result in penalties or account suspension.
🔹 2. Commission Policy
All providers must pay a fixed commission of 18% on every completed booking. Commission will be automatically deducted or must be paid as per company policy.
🔹 3. Service Quality & Behavior
Providers must:
- Maintain professional behavior with customers
- Complete service as per company standards
- Avoid any arguments or misconduct
Any complaint may lead to strict action.
🔹 4. Dress Code (Mandatory)
All providers must follow a proper dress code:
- Clean uniform or decent clothing
- Proper hygiene
- ID proof (if required)
🔹 5. Delay & Cancellation Policy
- Late arrival without valid reason = penalty
- Last-minute cancellation = account warning or suspension
🔹 6. Damage Responsibility
If any damage occurs during service:
- The provider will be fully responsible
- The company will not be liable for any loss
🔹 7. Advertisement Policy
- Providers can run ads only through company system
- All ads must be approved by admin
- Fake or misleading ads will be rejected
🔹 8. Payment & Wallet Rules
- Payments must be handled through the app
- Any offline payment issue is provider responsibility
- Wallet balance must be maintained if applicable
🔹 9. Account Suspension / Termination
Company has full rights to:
- Suspend provider account
- Block access without prior notice
If:
- Multiple complaints received
- Fraud or fake bookings found
- Policy violations occur
🔹 10. Company Rights
TN Home Solutions reserves full rights to:
- Change commission
- Update policies anytime
- Control provider visibility and ranking
